Important notice from Kostal: Product upgrades via activation code change device parameters that may affect the execution of the installation. Therefore, redeeming PLENTICOINs for product upgrades is only permitted for installers.

An opened Plenticoin cannot be returned, as it cannot be verified whether the Plenticoin has already been activated. Thank you for your understanding.
