Trusted Shops To make shopping at Photovoltaik-Shop.com as safe and convenient as possible, we offer you various payment options and ways to protect your payments. You can secure any purchase in seconds up to an amount of €20,000 with the Trusted Shops guarantee.

Buyer protection is available in two different options:

Trusted Shops Basic (free) with protection up to €100 per purchase

Trusted Shops PLUS (€9.90/year) with protection up to €20,000 per purchase. You can find more information about Trusted Shops memberships here.

After completing your order, you will be redirected to the Trusted Shops website where you can purchase Buyer Protection Plus. If needed, you can extend buyer protection beyond 30 days up to 90 days.

Did you shop in our online store and forget to take out Trusted Shops buyer protection? Or did you sign up for automatic buyer protection up to €100 as part of your Trusted Shops membership and would like to increase protection to up to €20,000?

You can add Trusted Shops buyer protection within three days after purchase. To do so, first select the shop www.photovoltaik-shop.com in the Trusted Shops members’ area and click the “Take out buyer protection” button. Then simply fill out the form.

No matter which PayPal PLUS payment method you choose: PayPal PLUS transactions are protected by PayPal Buyer Protection . This helps you if your purchased item does not arrive or is not as described. Report the issue to PayPal and they will review your case. If your claim is valid, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price as well as the shipping costs.

Amazon Pay Amazon Pay makes shopping on Photovoltaik-Shop.com even easier & safer, as you can complete the checkout process on our website very quickly using the information already stored in your Amazon account.

Amazon Pay offers additional protection for eligible purchases through the Amazon Pay A-to-z Guarantee . If an order does not arrive or differs significantly from the description and no other solution can be found, you may be able to request a refund via your Amazon account in accordance with Amazon’s policies.

Simply log in with your Amazon account credentials and select from the payment and delivery information saved in your Amazon account. This means you can pay on our website without having to enter your payment and address details. With Amazon Pay, you can shop quickly and securely. You can find more information here.

When paying by prepayment, you transfer the amount to our account in advance. The amount due consists of the goods value and any shipping costs incurred. A 2% discount on the goods value is applied automatically. No discount is applied to shipping costs. When making the transfer, please include the shop order number (starting with: 40000....) or, for orders placed outside the shop, the order confirmation number as the payment reference.

If you pay by bank guarantee, Sparkasse Rottal-Inn first issues a bank guarantee and sends it to you by post. As soon as you have received the guarantee, you pay the invoice amount in advance (prepayment)—the guarantee secures your advance payment.

Delivery of the goods will only take place after receipt of payment, as with standard prepayment. The bank guarantee provides additional security for you if delivery does not take place for reasons for which we are responsible or if the contract fails.

Payment by bank guarantee is available from an order value of €2,500. We will cover the additional costs/processing fees for the guarantee for you. Please note that the payment method “bank guarantee” is available only upon request for manual orders and is not available automatically via the online shop.
