Cancellation Policy for the Separate Delivery of Multiple Goods

The right of cancellation does not apply to business customers

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
You can complete and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear statement electronically here. If you make use of this option, we will promptly (usually by email) send you confirmation that we have received such a cancellation.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us (TST Solarstrom OHG, Baron-Riederer-Str. 48, 84337 Schönau) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods irrespective of the shipping method. For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, these costs amount to EUR 500. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:

- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

If you requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount, which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
