Shipping costs

The shipping costs include the currently applicable VAT rate of the respective delivery country.

Delivery to Switzerland: delivery to Switzerland is also possible. Please note: Please follow the instructions on this page: Delivery to Switzerland.

No shipping to parcel lockers (Packstation) or to islands possible! If you request a quote from us, shipping costs may differ!

For countries that have introduced a zero VAT rate for photovoltaic components, shipping costs are initially displayed net in our shipping cost calculation. If you or the selected products are not eligible for the zero VAT rate, VAT will be additionally calculated on the product and shipping costs at the respective country’s applicable rate. If damage is discovered upon delivery that the freight driver cannot confirm on a carrier form, please note the following:
Please remove the delivery note (attached to the shipment) and record the damage on our original delivery note. Please have this confirmed by the freight driver with a signature.
In addition, please ask the carrier to add their name and the vehicle registration number in block capitals. Finally, we ask you to photographically document the damaged package.

Delivery times

  • Germany: delivery time approx. 5 to 10 business days. A prerequisite for meeting the delivery time is timely delivery by the manufacturers.
  • EU countries: delivery time approx. 10 to 15 business days. A prerequisite for meeting the delivery time is timely delivery by the manufacturers.

You will receive the invoice on the shipping day or up to approx. 5–10 business days after receipt of the goods as a PDF by email.
