Who is DMEGC Solar?

DMEGC Solar was founded in 1980 and is now one of the internationally established manufacturers of photovoltaic modules. The company develops and produces high-efficiency PV products and system solutions for residential buildings, commercial rooftops, industrial facilities and utility-scale energy applications.

DMEGC Solar is also strongly positioned when it comes to certifications and awards: the company is one of the first PV manufacturers to receive the French low-carbon certification for the life cycle of modules. In addition, DMEGC Solar has been recognized by Bloomberg as a Tier 1 Solar Panels Manufacturer and by EUPD Research as a Top Brand PV.

DMEGC Solar Modules and Module Variants Compared

G48HBB

B = Black

B generally stands for a black module appearance. Depending on the series, this can refer to a bifacial Black variant such as “B48HBB” or to a monofacial “G48HBB” All-Black variant.

For the modules currently available in our shop, the G48HBB series is particularly relevant. It is designed as a monofacial glass-glass All-Black module and is focused on achieving a particularly homogeneous black appearance.

Example:

The Black variant is especially suitable for customers who value an elegant roof appearance. On highly visible residential roofs in particular, an All-Black module creates a clean, calm and high-quality overall look.

B48HBT

T = Transparent

T stands for a transparent design. These modules feature transparent areas between the cells and, in the variants we currently offer, are designed as bifacial glass-glass modules.

Examples:

The transparent design is particularly suitable for applications where light can also be used from the rear side of the module. Examples include carports, flat roofs, elevated mounting systems, bright surfaces or other areas with good light reflection.

B48HBW

W = White

W stands for a white or light-colored rear-side design. These modules are also designed as bifacial glass-glass modules, but with the white areas between the cells they have a slightly more classic appearance than transparent or fully black variants.

Examples:

The White variant is a good choice when performance, cost-effectiveness and reliable module technology are the main priorities. Visually, the cell structure remains more visible than with a Full-Black module.

Compact DMEGC Modules for Complex Roofs

The smaller DMEGC B32HBT modules with 64 cells are particularly suitable for roof areas where classic standard modules do not fit optimally. Especially around dormers, roof windows, chimneys, short module rows or narrow remaining areas, compact solar modules can help make better use of the available roof space.
