BYD Battery-Box Premium HVM 13.8 kWh

BYD offers the high-voltage Battery-Box Premium in two different versions, HVS and HVM. By using two different battery modules, it is possible to expand the maximum capacity (per tower) while maintaining the battery’s performance even at low capacities. In general, the batteries are compatible with leading single-phase and three-phase inverters.

Battery-Box Premium HVM

A Battery-Box Premium HVM consists of 3 to 8 HVM battery modules connected in series to achieve a capacity of 8.3 to 22.1 kWh.
The direct parallel connection of up to 3 identical Battery-Box Premium HVM units also enables a maximum capacity of 66.2 kWh.
The system can be expanded later by adding additional HVM modules or parallel HVM towers.

Consumer information on batteries and rechargeable batteries for electricity storage systems: Consumers are legally obliged to return used batteries and solar storage systems, regardless of battery type and regardless of manufacturer or seller. Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste! We are obliged to accept used batteries free of charge. After use, consumers can return/send batteries back to our shipping warehouse (see imprint). However, reimbursement of return shipping costs is not possible. As an end consumer, you can usually also return batteries in standard household quantities to the collection points set up for this purpose by the public waste disposal authorities (e.g., municipal recycling center). Batteries or rechargeable batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin. The crossed-out wheeled bin means that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste.
