BYD Battery-Box Premium HVM – Expansion Module 2.76 kWh
Battery module for expanding the BYD Battery-Box Premium HVM.
BYD offers the high-voltage Battery-Box Premium in two different versions: HVS and HVM. By using two different battery modules, it is possible to increase the maximum capacity (per tower) while maintaining the battery’s performance even at lower capacities. In general, the batteries are compatible with leading single-phase and three-phase inverters.

Battery-Box Premium HVM
A Battery-Box Premium HVM consists of 3 to 8 HVM battery modules connected in series to achieve a capacity of 8.3 to 22.1 kWh.
Direct parallel connection of up to 3 identical Battery-Box Premium HVM systems also enables a maximum capacity of 66.2 kWh.
The system can be expanded later by adding additional HVM modules or parallel HVM towers.

Consumers are legally obliged to return used batteries and solar storage systems, regardless of battery type or manufacturer/seller. Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste! We are obliged to accept used batteries free of charge. Consumers can return/send batteries after use to our shipping warehouse; see legal notice (Imprint). However, reimbursement of return shipping costs is not possible. As an end consumer, you can usually also return batteries in typical household quantities to collection points set up by the public waste disposal authorities (e.g., municipal recycling centers). Batteries or rechargeable batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin. The crossed-out bin indicates that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste. |
